  The woman we dealt with here was so helpful. She helped us hire bikes, pumped up the tyres, gave us lots of useful information, and managed to be warm and informative as well as efficient. She was terrific.

  Great little information centre with very helpful staff. The real highlight was the walking history tour with Glen. Being a retired school teacher, he was able to provide an informative, engaging, entertaining and educational history of Port Fairy. I was really pleased that the tour began with an acknowledgement of Indigenous Peoples' suffering as part of the history of the area. Very tastefully done. I only wish I'd been there longer to do the other tours that Glen leads as they would have been great but time didn't allow it. If you can put up with his dad jokes lol I highly recommend the guided tours.

  As an information centre , excellent! But there isn't much to see or do in Port Fairy. Great for a relaxing day out.

  Enjoyed our third visit to port fairy but it’s such a shame to be on the coast and in supposedly fishing village and cannot get a feed of fish and chips to take some where on the waterfront and enjoy, unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable, can buy fresh fish from the boat but no bbqs available either , don andrew, grovedale, geelong, where we are lucky to have the best takeaway fish and chips anywhere in Australia !!
