  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our 3rd year in a row staying in the cottage at Edge17. Comfortable, clean, with every amenity. Bonus! Quiet, two double rooms with en-suites and private back courtyard.   Edge 17, The Cottage at 17 Gipps Street was wonderful. Extremely well equipped, very clean and had every convenience! Lovely hosts, welcoming and accommodating. Interior garden was a god send to relax under the shade of the trees. Will stay again, even in winter! Thank you!

  Well appointed quality apartment...all your needs are at your finger tips and all homewards are of high quality.
  Front of appatment facing river with the back in facing a fabulous garden.
  Finally both Brett and Bernie are fabulous and generous hosts.

  Beautiful 1800,s building with modern renovation, but keeping a lovely ambience. All the little extras were surprising and greatly appreciated. The private onsuite for both the bedrooms were great as we had our 89 yearold Mum with us

  Our Easter 2021 stay at Edge 17 Port Fairy was one of the best holidays I’ve ever enjoyed. I’m thoroughly rested snd relaxed!
  The house is wonderful -beautiful bedding, decor, and a fabulous large kitchen with everything you could want.
  The highlight for me was the exquisite courtyard garden. We spent many pleasant hours listening to the water feature and enjoying the lovely flowers.
  The location is perfect- close to everything (the Moyne River wharf, Griffith’s island (don’t miss it!), merrijig inn (garden fir drinks, book in advance for dinner),.
  Hosts Berni and Brett are simply wonderful. They spoiled us rotten! We extended our stay 2 nights to be met with a thank you hamper of wine and yummy treats! Our fog even got a birthday toy and hat! Genuine and lovely people.
  Port Fairy has so much to do snd see - we will be back to stay soon!
